I led Skys on a high from the Tailer towards the show arena. I walked Skys on a high up and found our spot in line. It took a few minutes for everyone to be ready. I finally was able to get him In the ring. We did a trottin/walking lap around and lined up in the center.Skys on a high halted and stood there. The judge walked up the line quickly looking at each horse as she went by. She went to the front of the line and began to inspect Us I was nervus but exiced.I set him up at his best and did the best I could to make him look super good for the judge. She walked around him a few times before lifting one of his front legs to see if his hooves were clean. Then she picked through part of his coat searching for any signs of dirt. Next she felt his tail and made sure it was combed. She walked around him again and asked me to show her his bite. I did as I was told and gently lifted both his top and bottom lips apart from each other so that his front teeth were clearly visible. The judge looked at his teeth for a minute and then. The judge glanced at his teeth one more time before continuing the inspection. She checked his nylon halter and walked around him a few more times taking notes all the while. Then she stepped back and viewed him from the side. Then she said to walk down to the rail, turn left and trot to the end of the line. I nodded my head and prepared Skys on a high for a walk. We walked forward and I looked over my right shoulder to make sure I was in line with the judge. I looked back a second time and noticed that we had drifted off to the side and I quickly fixed that. Then I looked over my shoulder one last time before turning the corner and halting. We only halted for a second or two before attempting to trot off. I began to jog Skys on a high. He walked a few steps and then picked up a quick trot. He shook his head with excitement and took pride with each step. He seemed to have gotten his energy out and tucked his head down and matched his steps to mine. We turned the corner .We turned down the center line and I asked for a halt. All the other horses went and the judge told everyone we would perform again in a different pattern. The horses before me did the performance and it was our turn again. The judge briefly inspected Skys on a high for dirt on his coat and tack. When she finished she stepped away from Skys on a high said that we could trot down to the rail and walk back. I lead Skys on a high forward This time he trotted. He looked gorgeous. He Trooted down with a wonderful stride. We reached the judge and halted. She then checked his legs to see if he stood correctly from the front and back views. She jotted down a few more notes before nodding her head and saying you may now go to the end of the line.I kissed Skys on high.

The Riden part of the stallion show
I walked into the stables and went to Sky On A High's stall.there I groomed and fed him. then cleaned his tack and put it on him. I got dressed and led him to the show ring. the juge told me to go whenever. I did and came trotting into the course. I focused and led sky to the jump. we were ready and were going to win. after I headed to #2 and smiled. sky again popped over and we were on our way. as we too on a slow canter so far so good I said. to myself. sky was ready and #3 went by like champions and this was just for fun.4and 5 were exclent and I didnt mater if I win or not.#6 I had no trouble with, halfway done.with 7 I just had fun and kept everything perfect.8 with flying colors.I was so happy. 9 was ok but 10 was the best yet! we had been having so mush fun.11 was prety cool and we had jumped a rabbit with it!last one had to be good. # 12. I knew Sky would trust me. and we made it over with no faults. Sky I said you are the best.

Part I ~ In-Hand Show
Owners Name: Jazz (leased by me) Stallions Name: Zaire Age: 7yrs Gender: Satllion Height: 16.0hh Breed: Friesian Colour: Black Offspring: Fergotten Star
After a super terrific grooming and massage I put on Zaires beautiful leather show halter. He was gorgeous and blacker than black. We led him out towards the show arena before quickly brushing him over with a clean rag. We prepared to enter and did as the rest of the horses. We looked so grand out there and Zaire was awesome. He lifted his head and moved so elegantly. After our lap we lined up down the center with many other stallions. He stood proud as if he were extreamly happy to be representing his breed. We waited patiently until our turn. The judge looked him over really good by picking up each hoof, feeling through his tail and down his legs, examining his bite, admiring his face, and searching for dirt in his velvet-like fur. I waited with a huge smile accross my face knowing that the judge would not find many flaws. She stepped back and looked at his confermation; refined head, small aleart ears, wide nostrils, broad neck and chest, rounded hindquarters, and perfect legs. He overall was very well built and carefully put together to form the ultimate friesian! His black coat showed off his slender ways and glossy eyes. The judge told us the pattern; walk down to the rail and trot to the end of the line. We did as told and walked down with absolute beauty. The audience was silent, watching intently on the beautiful beast as we rounded the corner and trotted off. He moved so gracefully, in such a floating manner he truly did look like a cloud. We came to the end of the line and halted before setting up and waiting for the class to end so that we could move on to jumping.

Part II ~ Ridden Show
Owners Name: Jazz (leased by me) Stallions Name: Zaire Age: 7yrs Gender: Stallion Height: 16.0hh Breed: Friesian Colour: Black Offspring: Forgoten Star
We came back down to the stable area before saddling and bridling the awesome freisian. I led him back up to the arenas before mounting and warming up. I popped him over a couple warm-up fences before going over to memorize my course. I did and we waited in line. When it was our turn we walked in and quickly picked up a foreward trot. We began making our courtosy circle and getting the inside bend. I slid my outside leg back a little, raised my outside hand and we began cantering. We finished our circle and headed for our fisrt jump.
((will finish later))
